Hangar Labs offers different services open to all the artistic community. Please contact each lab technician for further information.
· Information on how our space rental system works
Reservations for spaces are to be made by contacting the person in charge of the service. Confirmation of the reservation will depend on space availability on the dates requested.
Before making a reservation, please take the following points into account:
1. The spaces are empty when they are rented out. If you also need to rent out equipment, specify this in your application.
2. On the first day of use, a contract is signed. Payment must be made in advance. There is a deposit of 60€ for the spaces, and of 100€ when equipment is rented together with the space.
3. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay. Spaces must be left clean and tidy, rubbish thrown out, and no furniture, material, or other objects are to be left behind.
4. If you need to paint, make holes, or modify the space in any way, you must first ask for permission to do so.
· Information on how our equipment rental system works
Equipment reservations are to be made by contacting the person in charge of the service. Confirmation of the reservation will depend on equipment availability on the dates requested.
Before making a reservation, please take the following points into account:
1. Some of our tools can only be taken outside Hangar’s premises if rented out with a technician from Hangar, or you are a AAVC member. Other tools are only rented out for use within the centre.
2. Pick-up and return of equipment is from 9:00 to 12:00.
3. A deposit of 50€ is compulsory. There is a 100€ fee for the CANON EOS 5D MARKII camera, with a 24-105mm lens.
4. Video cameras may only be rented out for up to one week.
