The ground floor includes a set studio of 230 m2, soundproof and with no natural light. Direct access from the street what makes easy loading and unloading operations. It has a wc and a backstage equipped with big lighting mirrors, closets and showers.

The first floor includes a production room from where it is possible to see what is happening in the ground floor.

There is heating and air conditioned. We also offer additional services such as technical assistance or equipments.

Rate: 630 € per day. Price without VAT.
