Junefirst Gallery opens with a series of works that approach Science Fiction as the quintessenial field of the exploration of possibility.

Projections of what the possible futures may look like and what they may bring have been around for a long time and they take different forms, from the apocalyptic to the ridicule or the celebratory. They create a common ground, a domesticated world of fabrications and its inevitable undercurrent of philosophical and moral implications. This self-narration in the likelihood streams through the humorous, the ironic, the analytic or archival approach.
