Bruno Storni, is a resident artist in Hangar with the support of the Centro Cultural de España in Sao Paulo and the Centro Cultural de Sao Paulo, winner of the award “Programa de Centro de Exposiciones de la Cultura de Sao Paulo” in 2011.
He works with fragile and low quality materials, reusing them to create structures that reflect power and stability relations. His idea is to express the environment of uncertainty and fragility characteristics of the contemporary world, where the power is constituted of fragile and fleeting chains. Storni expresses all these concepts through using different supports to create his works, video, sculptures, drawings and paintings.
Arts graduate in FAAP in 2010. He has taken part in the following exhibitions:
