David Adika‘s work focuses on visual and cultural components of Israeli domestic space as microcosm that reflects on the social and family identity. His photographic work contains food representations, Still Life, household appliances, “domesticated” plants and portraits. His images blur the boundaries between conceptual abstract visual language and lush visual accuracy. Adika’s pieces aims to deploy familiar and non-familiar aspects of daily life.
