Federico Guzmán is an images craftsman and creativity explorer. He has always cultivated an interest for art as a knowledge tool and a meeting between people. Federico uses art’s alchemy as a way of self-realisation and as a tool of non-violent struggle and social transformation.
Some of his recent personal works are ‘La enredadera de la serpiente‘ (Beneviste Contemporary, Madrid), ‘La Bella Embalada’ (Pepe Cobo, Art Basel Miami Beach) and ‘El mato de tomaco’ (Encuentro MDE 07, Medellín). He has also took part in collective projects as ‘La expedición’ a El Dibujo with Spanish and Colombian artists, ‘El museu del carrer’ with the collective Combalache or ‘Copilandia’ with Gratis.
