Open call for coordination of Hangar’s training and knowledge transfer area

Hangar opens a call to incorporate a person in charge of coordinating the area of training and knowledge transfer.

Job title: Coordination of the training and knowledge transfer area.

Characteristics of the position:
– Working week of 25 hours, with indefinite employment contract, with a trial period of 6 months.
– Work place: Hangar, C/Emília Coranty 16, 08018 Barcelona
– Remuneration: from 19000 to 21000 € gross per year.

Functions of the post:
– Preparation of Hangar’s annual training and knowledge transfer programme and budget.
– Coordination and management of the annual training and knowledge transfer programme, and management of its budget.
– Interlocution and coordination of the training programme and knowledge transfer with the rest of Hangar’s areas, especially with the research area.
– Interlocution and establishment of lines of collaboration with other training projects, such as those of other production or art exhibition centres and universities.
– Coordination and management, in collaboration with the communication area, of the communication of the training programme and knowledge transfer.
– Participation in the tasks shared transversally by the entire Hangar team.

Professional requirements:
– Demonstrable experience in the coordination and management of artistic projects, and especially in the coordination and management of artistic training projects.
– Speaking and writing skills.
– Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic and changing context.
– Good level of Catalan, Spanish and English spoken and written.
– Have a network of local and international contacts in the field of art and artistic training.

– A summary of the lines of work that would be proposed for the training and knowledge transfer programme (maximum length: 2000 characters with spaces).
