Jorge Satorre is an artist who has had a great program in artist in residence at places as Mexico, the UK, France, Ireland and Spain.

He has exhibited since 2004. Among the individual exhibitions are: Halfhouse, Barcelona (2013) Zona Maco Sur, Mexico DF (2012), Art Basel Miami, USA (2011), Arco, Madrid (2009), The Happy Failure, Paris (2008), among others. Among the exhibitions are: Sin razón aparente, Madrid (2013), Prairies, Les Ateliers de Rennes, Paris (2012) and There This Paris (2012), anomalous, San Diego, CA (2012), Songs of the Swamp, Vienna (2011), Porstcapes, Rotterdam (2010), among others.

He has received awards from Spain and Mexico, and has worked on occasional publications.
