Isegoria is a flashmob artistic performance. Citizens are invited to recite from headphones speeches of Juan Torres López, José Luis Sampedro, Eduardo Galeano and other demonstrators from the street. This is a group recitation orchestrated by the visual artist Sophie Castonguay. The main goal is to take care of the public space. Citizens concerned about the degradation of social space caused by the commercialization of the state and the citizen-subject desubjectivation are invited to contact Sophie Castonguay to participate in this group recitation.The sound files will be available online a few days before the public presentation. You can either download them and put them on your own mp3 player or borrow a mp3 player from Sophie Castonguay at the rehearsal. The performance will take place in Plaça Sant Jaume in Barcelona on June 25 to 7PM. A rehearsal will be held prior to the artistic center Hangar.
