Paralaxe Editions is an arts platform and record label based in Barcelona. Founded in 2014 by Dania Shihab with the idea of promoting emerging artists involved in new forms of audio exploration and research, its work focuses on the curation and production of limited-edition objects, tapes, vinyl and books, with a particular emphasis on manual processes and esoteric printing techniques. Paralaxe Editions also hosts a monthly radio show on dublab.es, celebrating recent works by forward-thinking artists from around the globe, and the platform’s year-round activities showcase both local and visiting artists, fostering relationships with kindred labels and promoting the cross-pollination of new critical perspectives in both live performance and sound creation.
