IMVEC gives a workshop at the UDC

Between September 29th and 30th, the IMVEC.tech collective will host a free workshop on environmental research with DIY tools and another of aerial photography with balloons and kites in collaboration with the team of the Emapic project t the Universidade da Coruña

The first of the workshops will introduce the participants to simple and accessible strategies, methods and tools for the investigation of environmental aggressions in the near surroundings of the people, from the capture of audiovisual evidence to the collection of samples on the ground.

In the second of the workshops the assistants will learn how to build a camera stand for aerial photography with balloons and kites. The participants will be introduced to the flight of helium balloons of 1,50 m and a mapping will be made of the Elviña Campus of the Universidade de a Coruña. A introduction will also be carried out on the flight with kites.
