Mariam Suhail & Anup Mathew Thomas take part in the Flow Sèries
Flow Series is a programme promoted by the Fundació Han Nefkens and the Fundació Antoni Tàpies with the aim of bringing together members of the art world from different continents and contexts. Encounters focussing on an artist and their ongoing work are the object of a conversation followed by a meal. An invitation to discuss the implications of a global dimension in the work of contemporary artists while sampling the edible creations of local artists.
Throughout the year, the sessions will focus on eight artists who will develop their projects with the support of the Fundació Han Nefkens. Each encounter will be presided by the artist and a guest who will conduct the conversation, followed by a meal. The featured artists are Cyrus Kabiru (Kenya), Ramin Haerizadeh, Rokni Haerizadeh and Hesam Rahmanian (Iran), Dinh Q. Lê (Vietnam), Arash Nassiri (France/Iran), Mariam Suhai (Pakistan), Anup Mathew Thomas (India), Jungju An (South Korea) and Sojung Jun (South Korea).
