That is, everything that cannot be scientifically studied or technologically manipulated.
That is, everything that cannot and does not want to be listened to.
That is, everything that cannot be assimilated and does not want to be integrated.
Next Friday morning, October 20th, as part of the Eighth Research Grant Fundació Banc Sabadell-Hangar, Mafe Moscoso and Diego Falconí open a space-time that is an invitation to bring together a group of racialized and migrant creatures. From the opening of domestic sound archives, this workshop aims to activate fictional exercises whose purpose is to sabotage the imaginaries that separate culture from nature and that separate here and there, through the activation of forms of sabotage, interruption and suspension of listening. It is a non-mixed workshop aimed at racialized people and/or migrants from ex-colonies.
Mafe Moscoso. Born in a banana country, she works and researches between/through/for/with/from the crossings between ethnography, writing and art from an anti-racist and feminist perspective.
Diego Falconí. Lawyer… who at least became interested in human rights. Ecuadorian, although he prefers to call himself Andean. Literary theorist of anti-colonial sex dissidence. Lover of dogs, cebiche and salsa.
