“The Particle”, by Alex posada at L.E.V.
"The Particle", by Alex Posada will be exhibited on the 29th and 30th of April at the Fifth Festival of Audiovisual Creation of Gijon L.E.V (Visual Electronics Festival).
"The Particle" is a kinetic sculpture that experiments with colour, sound, and movement. The continuous rotation, speed, and light create visual effects that define the object’s spatial structure. The translucent skin created by the moving light becomes visible, creating shape and volume both in the interior and exterior of the object. The luminous form emerges out of the limited movement of each of the 4 rings whenever the external conditions are modified (by the viewers), or when a random mutation appears.
