VRChat Tour

On the 2nd of July, the orbitant collective Club de Videojuegos is organises the VRChat Tour in-person meeting at Hangar. In this session we will visit the VRChat virtual reality world and community, guided by expert Carlos Carbonell. We will travel through different spaces, all designed and built by the users themselves, to learn about its possibilities, as well as the dangers and contradictions that arise from a tool as powerful as VRChat.

Throughout the journey we will talk about the future of online virtual reality worlds, we will compare VRChat with Meta, the online virtual reality proposal from Zuckerberg’s megalithic company, and we will reflect on the extreme freedom that VRChat proposes.

Each participant must bring their own computer. For this meeting, it will also be possible to participate telematically by meeting directly in VRChat (more details about the meeting place via our mail group).
