Denise Labraga

Denise Labraga, Puerto Madryn (Argentina) 1986

Period of residence: May 2014

Throughout her work, Denise Labraga tries to inquire about the skills that each individual unfolds in the journey into the emotional worldShe wonders what we do with the pain, how we learn to inhabit, live with and develop strategies to overcome it. She persistently seeks to understand how, from the depths of emotions, we generate the relationship with “the other”Denise is powerfully attracted by the idea of establishing a dialogue between personal and collective aspects, the circularity in relationships and their mutual influence, that is the relational features in specific contexts.
