Resolution of the fourth edition of the exchange grants between Hangar and Casa de Velázquez

On 8 July, Hangar’s Programme Committee, together with the Casa de Velázquez and Institut Français Barcelone jury, decided, in a statement, on the resolution of the fourth edition of the exchange grants between Hangar and Casa de Velázquez.

On behalf of Hangar, the Program Committee: Giuliana Racco (artist) and Lluís Nacenta (director of Hangar).

On behalf of Casa de Velázquez: Fabienne Aguado (director of artistic studies at the Académie de France à Madrid of Casa de Velázquez)

On behalf of the Institut Français Barcelone: Max Vasseur (director of the Institut Français Barcelone).

All of them with voice and vote, make the final selection from the revision of the presented dossiers.

THEY DECIDE,

1. To award the grant for a production residency in Hangar (Barcelona) to Carola Moujan and to select Céline Coffin as a reserve, in case the finalist cancels.

2. To award two grants for two research residencies at Casa de Velázquez (Madrid) to Sara Agudo Millán and Pablo Sanz Almoguera. Also, to select, in order of preference, Sergio Martín and Erik Harley as reserves, in case of cancellation of the two finalists.
